This medium garage steel building kit is engineered just like a large steel building, with frames, girts, and purlins. The frame is Galvanized steel, and the wall and trim panels are painted with high quality Sherwin-Williams paint. The roof panels are Galvalume. One 8’ wide and 8’ tall opening will accommodate a standard 8’ x 8’ roll-up door. A 3’ x 7’ opening will accommodate a standard steel walk door. Doors are not included in the kit. Trim, gutters, and downspouts are included in the kit, along with all fasteners.
You can install this shed on a slab, or you can simply pour 6 leveled and reinforced piers for the building to be installed on, if you don’t need a floor.
This building is engineered for 140 mph wind load and 50 psf ground snow load, with 30 psf roof snow load, and 5 psf roof collateral load.
