Either using red-iron or light gauge version. Light gauge is typical for a more complex design with many interior partition walls or various roof lines, but either can work well. Our steel designs can accommodate R30 and higher R-values once insulated, contributing to a huge savings on energy consumption. The package can include all the steel framing, roof trusses, interior and exterior walls, permanent and temporary bracing, floor joists, window and door headers, overhangs or porches, and steel to steel fasteners, making your entire building package a steel system that will save valuable time during construction, not to mention, all the money to be saved due to less maintenance for many years.
