This allows the verticle columns, roofing, insulation, trim areas to be pre-engineered, that will speed installation on your project. This will give shelter to other trades that are to be working on the interior of the building. Use of portal frames or x bracing is a way to open the areas between the collumns to allow for any type of cement block, stucco, stud walls, or tilt up concrete wall apllication.
